Roasted Parmesan Croutons - serves 2
Preparation - 5 minutes, cooking time - 10 minutes

ground

pepper
Preheat the oven to 375 F. Slice the crusts off the bread and discard. Cut the bread into cubes and toss with the olive oil, Parmesan, garlic and salt and pepper. Scatter on to a baking sheet and cook in the oven for 10 minutes until crisp and golden.
Allow to cool a little, then serve.
