cinnamon

Brown
sugar

Brandy
In
2-quart
saucepan
combine
first

ingredients.
Cover,
simmer
15
minutes
or
till
apples
are
tender.
Stir
in
sugar
and
brandy.
Cover;
chill.
Remove
stick
cinnamon
before
serving.
