olive
oil

cup

Caviar

tbsp
chives

ea
Shallots
chopped
fine
In
medium
skillet,
heat
the
oil
with
the
shallots
over
moderate
heat.
As
soon
as
the
shallots
sizzle,
pour
them
with
oil
over
individual
servings
of
pasta.
Top
each
serving
with
a
dollop
of
caviar
and
a
sprinkling
of
chives.
Serve
over
angel
hair
or
spaghettini.
