lemon
grass

coconut
milk

tsp
salt

tsp
sugar

onion

tsp
turmeric;
(fresh)

tbsp
oil
Cut
chicken
into
thin
slices,
1/4
inch
size.
Blend
the
onion,
turmeric.
Bash
the
lemon
grass.
Heat
the
oil
and
add
blended
onion
and
the
turmeric.
Fry
for
5
mins
and
add
the
lemon
grass.
Fry
for
further
5
mins
and
add
the
chicken
the
salt
the
sugar
and
the
pineapple.
Lastly
add
the
coconut
milk.
Serve
hot.
