Chili-Roast

yogurt

cinnamo

powder

hot
pepper
sauce,
or
to
taste

cloves
garlic,
minced

roasting
chicken
In
a
large
glass
baking
dish
mix
together
yogurt,
cinnamon,
chili
powder,
hot
pepper
sauce,
and
garlic.
Cover
the
dish
tightly
and
marinate
in
the
refrigerator,
overnight.
Preheat
the
oven
to
500
F.
Place
chicken
skin
side
up
on
a
raised
broiler
rack
and
place
it
in
the
oven.
Immediately
reduce
the
temperature
to
350
F
and
roast
for
about
1
1/4
hours.
Serve
hot
or
cold.
