cloves,
crushed

chopped
fresh
rosemary

Preheat
the
oven
to
400
F.
Roughly
chop
the
mozzarella,
and
place
in
a
food
processor
with
the
butter,
garlic,
rosemary,
salt
and
pepper.
Diagonally
slice
into
the
baguette
at
1
inch
intervals,
taking
care
not
to
slice
right
through
the
base.
Spread
the
mozzarella
mixture
between
the
slices
of
bread,
smearing
any
left
over
across
the
top.
Wrap
the
loaf
in
foil,
making
sure
the
ends
are
well
sealed,
but
leaving
the
top
open
that
it
can
crust
up
in
the
oven.
Bake
for
20
minutes
until
the
butter
has
melted
and
the
cheese
is
bubbling
serve
immediately.
