Skor
chips,

Cream
butter
and
sugar
together
until
fluffy.
Add
vanilla
and
beat
again.

Add
eggs,
one
at
a
time,
beating
between
additions.

Sift
together
flour,
cocoa,
baking
powder
(and
salt,
if
using).
Add
to
egg
mixture.
4.
Stir
in
chocolate
chips.
Spread
into
greased
9x9"
pan.
Sprinkle
with
Skor
chips,
if
desired.
5.
Bake
at
350*F
for
approximately
15-20
minutes,
or
until
brownies
pull
away
from
sides
of
pan.
